The Solution

Karle Infra, a long-time client of RITEWAYS, invited our team to inspect the site. After a thorough assessment, we confirmed the inefficiency and environmental drawbacks of the heater-based machine. It was soon discarded and replaced with the TALLBOY® Organic Waste Composting System - a natural, aerobic composting solution that works without electricity, chemicals, or odour.

The Problem

Karle Zenith, a premium residential complex in Bengaluru with 396 homes, initially installed a 24-hour automatic heater-based composting machine to handle its ~400 kg/day of kitchen waste and 50 kg/day of garden waste. However, within just a week of operation, residents began complaining about strong, unpleasant odours across the premises. Though the facility management team tried to manage it for a few months, the system’s 14.7 kW power consumption made it financially unsustainable. Complaints from the RWA triggered a deeper investigation.
