Our Story
How It All Began
Founded by industry veteran Neeraj Srivastava, Riteways was born out of frustration with failed “organic waste converter” machines and power-hungry sewage treatment plants.
After working in industrial sales across India and abroad for over two decades, Neeraj decided to bootstrap a company that would bring nature back into engineering.
“The goal was simple: design waste solutions that even a child can understand and a senior can operate — without any electricity, chemicals, or smell.”
